Error message

I am trying to sign into my sky store account and after going through all the sign in part on the tv I am then asked to sign in on skystore/login. When I enter my last name it then comes up with an error message saying we have an unexpected error. I have tried to get help through the app but that does not take me to where I need to go to help with this. Can anyone give me some advice

Make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:

It ask me to just enter my last name and still comes up with the same message when I go continue
