I can't sign into sky store at all. Just comes up with error messages

New customer here, can't sign into sky store to claim free gift. Any advice? I've tried everything

A few quick questions- 

 

With which platform are you trying to sign on to Sky store ? 

 

are you using an app or the Skystore website ?

 

What's your error message ?
