I am trying to rent a movie but message keeps appearing saying ive reached my spending limit
I am trying to rent a movie on my tv but keeps saying i cant purchase as ive reached my limit , i havent bought anything in months .

This is a very common error which in your case might mean that either your account hasn't been set up for Sky Store purchases or that the spending limit on your account is set at £0, either way I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here as it should be an easy fix for them:
