Charges

I've been charged for a "free" film, any one know why this might be please?

I can't seem to get on the extra charges page

What free film was this, was it the free one you get for joining Sky VIP or something like the recent Spider-Man film and if so what was the full title of the Spidey film ?

@Meh81  Or did you have a free film voucher and redeem it on the sky box rather then the sky store website

I can only guess- but my guess is that you saw the offer for the free movie which was Spider-Man Homecoming 

 

you thought it was "No way home" for free (which it wasn't ) 

 

and bought No Way home - by mistake
