Can’t purchase a movie I want to add a credit card to my account

It's taken 40 minutes 
logged into sky store/my account, 

where do I find my card details or add

As I thought I already have a current card 

setup so I don't understand why my new sky glass won't let me make a purchase

Thank you ..that was my next move... annoying though when it's worked for 19 years but not now I have sky glass!
