Cancel movie purchase

Sky kept freezing when we were looking through the Sky store.

Pressing buttons on the remote didn't seem to work at first until I saw that the movie Sing had started downloading by the time it actually unfroze.

I tried to cancel to download, but it's now showing as purchased and I assume I'll be charged for it.

It doesn't seem fair as it was Sky freezing.

Any help?

You must have enteted your pin as it wouldn't have been confirmed as a purchase or started to download unless you had done this.

 

Either way or you can do if you didn't want to purchase this is to contact Sky Store support to see what they say. They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
