I went and purchased the wrong movie can I delete it to get a refund

It might be worth trying a livechat with the Skystore support team to see if they will offer you a goodwill gesture. I've put a link for you below.
alternatively- if it's a rental from your Sky Q box and you don't watch even a second of it, theoretically it should not charge you and disappear from your box after a week.
