I have Sky Glass but it says the free reward is £7.99. I followed the instructions and can access it on my mobile for free but not my TV. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

On my phone yes but on Sky Glass it doesn't give me the option. Thanks for the help. I'm going to speak to Live Chat
