Bought and rented same film

I rented the Elvis film though never finished watching it. I tried to continue watching it the following night though ended up buying it as couldn't find anywhere to continue watching it, very confusing. Looks like I ended up buying it!! I am now being charged £15.99 for the rental and £19.99 to own it which I don't want to own! (Total £35.98).

The best thing I can suggest - is that at 11am the Skystore livechat opens 

Try them to see if you can get a goodwill refund on the rental ?

Thanks for the link to contact Sky, I never would have found otherwise. Best they could offer was 50% of the rented download, better than nothing I suppose!
