as this sky property will they supply a  new SKY hub

Not sure what upgrade you mean? If it's FTTP then you'll need new hardware but the old copper stuff should still work until you change your broadband package.

Suspect this needs to go in the broadband forum too.

switching to Digital Voice won't have a noticeable impact on your broadband service.

@SDL if you are talking about a telephone/voice line then yes you will need a new router when the copper lines are switched off as the BT Master socket will no longer work and you phone needs to be plugged into the back of your router if Sky supply your telephone line then they will have to provide a new router

Q Hubs cannot support Sky Talk Internet Calls because they don't contain an ATA or BT jack socket, so Sky is going to have to swap them all out sometime before PSTN ceases nationally at the end of 2025.

They currently do so as a matter of course where a Sky Broadband household switches product to SOGEA broadband.
