My sister had to replace her tv. She is on the Sky basic package. Installed her new tv. Sky tv up an

My sister is on the basic Sky package but suddenly can't use record facility or access other functions like catch up. Message comes up saying there are problems with the hard drive and directs you to full restart but makes no difference
