I have Sky Q with Cinemas and Paramount+. add on.
My son in law recently stayed with us He added his Paramount+ logon and profile to the SkyQ app on my STB, it now shows as the Main profile but iI cannot delete it I need to remove his profile so I can use mine.

hi @SkyBeech
Assuming you can get into the app on your son's profile:
Tab Left to bring up the Left hand Menu list
Scroll down to Seetings
In My Account Menu Tab Right & Select 'Sign Out'
You should then be able to go back in with your credentials
