Which label on which box ?

I’ve received two labels and two boxes to return my sky q equipment but I'm not sure which label goes on which box 

two seperate addresses! The big box holds hub, sky q, mini and booster the small box just one sky q mini

I'm all sorted now thank you I've to send back and send photos and proof on email to sky to either label
