I am being sent a new box (Sky Q 1TB UHD) to replace and existing Sky Q 1TB box following a subscription upgrade.
Received an email Today from DPD advising when my Sky parcel will be delivered, it included the line: "Remember to have the other item ready for a speedy exhange with your driver.". The detail I have had on this has been limited.
1. What should be returned; just the old Sky Q box, the cables, the remote?
2. Should this just be swapped witht the new Sky Q box and sent in the same packaging?
3. Can I just plug the new UHD box in follow instructions and have it working, or is an engineer required?

Hi @elnino660
1. Yes everything should be returned, however you could substitute then with the new cables and remote from the new delivery.
2. Don't worry about the packaging, this is all dealt with by the DPD driver, normally the old box goes into the same packaging that the new one arrived in.
3. It is a self install, no engineer required.
Don't forget to hang on to your viewing card, this goes into your new box.
