Where is Channel 954

Can anyone please tell me where channel 954 has gone? My local area news has changed and I cannot get Chesterfield,  Derbyshire , news.

@Linda_Wilk1  Have you moved address recently if yes have you contacted sky to change your address?

regional news is set by the registered postcode on your account and can take several days after updating address to do so

Channel 954 working OK here.

Have you tried rebooting your Q box?

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

What do you get on 101? Is it what you're expecting to get on 954?

Your own BBC region doesn't appear in the 900 range.

Thank you. I have not moved, been here years. All was OK, then our local news disappeared. Chesterfield is in North Derbyshire,  and now our news seems to be Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Not Chesterfield at all!! Went away on holiday for a week and all has changed

No idea why our area has changed 🥴

Rebooted my sky Q. No change in channel appearing. Looks like I'm just going to have suffer not getting Chesterfield  area news and weather!!

Please may I ask why you looking for Channel 954 specifically - do you mean BBC One Yorkshire ?

If you do mean BBC One Yorkshire then I suspect that this is your region and will be set to 101 for you - mine is BBC one NW so I have that as channel 101 and 953 is missing from my listing

What name does channel 101 have for you ?

Someimes BBC regional studios have Tech problems so a different regional version of News etc may be shown on your normal channel - Is this what may have happened? 

BTW you tag someone by typing the @ sign and the latest members to reply should show as you type their id

BBC Yorkshire covers the following regions.  And if you live in this area you should find this Region on Channell 101 as previously mentioned. (I have unmarked my previous post as it is not the Answer)

Area	West Yorkshire South Yorkshire North Yorkshire Derbyshire (Bolsover, North East Derbyshire, Chesterfield and northern areas of the Derbyshire Dales) Nottinghamshire (Bassetlaw)
