This issue has been getting worse over the last few weeks. We used to have no problems watching stuff on demand and it would automatically download the next episode and it would be ready to go. Now we're getting constant 'failures' with it being blamed on remote network problems but the internet connection is fine. We have check the software on the boxes and reset the Sky Q box multiple times but I've just spent 15 mins having to restart a download before it randomly decided it wanted to work.
has anyone else had this and found a solution? Or is this something entirely new?

Mine does this all the time, did you figure out how to sort it out at all ?

Mine is currently doing it no idea why though kind of annoying. Paying for a service I'm not able to use been with sky almost 10 years and can honestly say I switched broadband because we had constant issues with them now we can't even download stuff to watch paying almost £100 for what exactly poor service and diabolical customer service

Any resolution to this? We are having the same problem and it's incredibly frustrating considering how much we pay for this service.
