Hi When we cone to watch anything we have saved in recordings all sky says Is This Programme Is No Longer available to everything we have recorded

First thing to try is a full reboot (Standby and then off at the power plug) of the main Q box.

Unfortunately in that case you may be looking at hard drive failure and a box swapout may be required.
