So, today with the new install, I was left no PIN number, so I cant watch anythhing which needs a PIN.

 

Tried the last 4 digits of the viewing card, that didnt work.

 

I had Netflix 4k in my last package, only basic 1 screen Netflix included now. 

 

The saga continues........ still no service. And noone is responding on the chat.

And today, Sky Go isn't working on the apps, despite us having the required subscription. 

this whole process is incredibly frustrating. 

The guys open a chat bubble, and then disappear when they can't solve the issue.

Thank you. I jphave also raised another complaint, and also complained to our Comreg over here due to the lack of service

@Chodley  its incredibly frustrating, and all unnecassary. 

 

They wont even reply when I ask for my issue to be escalated, in accordance with their complaints charter. So I have half a service, no credit for the time with no service, and no response to genuine queries. 

 

I think later today, I will have to just cancel fully within the cooling off period of the new contract. 

 

There is no response from the community chat team either. The complaints team said they wont help as community chat is dealing with it, but they have just gone silent.
