Unable to add Netflix to package

I have Sky Q with Signature and Ultra HD and am looking to add the Ultimate TV package to watch Netflix. The option to add this in my account on the website is greyed out (it's actually white but nothing happens when I tap it, like its deactivated) - anyone know why? Also, as I have already UHD add-on with multi screen, does that mean I get the premium Netflix package for the £6?  Everything is very confusing.  Thank you

Thank you for your reply.  I have managed to add Netflix directly via my Sky q box.

I suspect the reason for the option being greyed out for you is that I don't think your base package is SKY Signature that is needed (your mention of UHD via Multscreen experience suggests this) 

 

There is a good chance that switching to SKY Signature will be cheaper for you, but it all depends on your add ons - I saved when I switched a few years ago

 

Once you switch your UHD  would be vi the UHD specific add on  that (in addition to HD) which opens up the Netflix higher tier

 

Is there something specific you feel is stopping you switching to Signature

Apologies - I misunderstood your reference to UHD with Multiscreen. 

 

Multiscreen used to open up  UHD on the older base packages.

 

In which case I am not sure why the option is greyed out - you may need to call

 

As you have Signature with UHD (& I assume HD) then yes you do get the Premium tier of Netflix ( 4 concurrent  screens & UHD/HDR)  once you manage to add the Netflix (Ultimate add on)
