All the TVs in the house have lost the TV programme list can only access change of programmes by using the up and down programme arrows.

Have you tried rebooting your main Sky Q box?

▪️Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
▪️switch the box off at the plug
▪️after 30 seconds switch the box back on
▪️follow the on screen instructions
▪️when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
▪️press the 🏠 button
