You have to get in touch with them on their help desk . It's a long process .

Could I have some help on this also please.

I've been on to Sky, Discovery plus and still cant get it sorted.

 

Ive been through loads of different troubleshooting optikns and get the following responsea: my Account hasn't been upgraded yet., unable to do this, try again later. Activate but then it doesn't activate

In the end I got a vip pass . The

problem is ongoing and to be honest it will never get sorted so I have to ask for a few months pass everytime it runs out , it's pathetic .

Omg thats crazy! Im having the same problem with Paramount with them too
