I'll move your post to the Sky Q forum, on the assumption that you don't actually have Sky+

 

In your Sky Q box, go to Settings, then Picture and change the resolution to 2160p

@Tryt  presumably you mean sky Q? You need the uhd add on subscription

Sky+ boxes can't provide UHD, I'm afraid.

I've got uhd on my contract how do I activate it as it was installed today but just got email that I have uhd
