UH031 error with setting up UHD through Labgear splitter

I can't seem setup my UHD upgrade settings through my Sky Q box.
I have a 4K splitter that is a Labgear model. I have setup the EDID settings correctly for the maximum 4K output but I keep getting the same error UH031 message. I'm using all the right HDMI cables and the splitter utilises Cat6 cabling to transfer upto 60meters.

What am I doing wrong?

I have tried on multiple TV's bit still no luck and aI know the TV's are more than capable to handle UHD as I have Netflix account with UHD and it works beautifully with amazing picture quality.
