Loss of UHD facility - Error UH011

For some reason I have lost the ability to get UHD yet nothing has changed on my system. Spoke with Sky today who confirmed that UHD is available to me and with going through settings and selecting 2160p UHD I then get the above error with a message telling me that my tv doesn't support Ultra UHD and that I need to find an HDMI input that supports HDCP2.2 and connect my Sky Q box to it, so what's going on? My TV is 4k Panasonic and I have never had any problems until now. Anyone's thoughts would be useful.

Hi @Basil1

Try rebooting your Panasonic TV.

Disconnect the power lead for 30 seconds and then reconnect.

Also reboot the Q box if you still have the issue.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Re: Loss of UHD facility - Error UH011

Ive had this happen a couple of times with my LG OLED TV and the only way to fix it was to reboot the TV itself.

LG OLED65C3" 4K HDR TV
Sky Q 2Tb HDR
Mini Box

Sky Superfast Broadband
