Hi
Until 2 weeks ago, I was able to watch UHD content via my skyq box with no issue. It then suddenly stopped working, I'd made no changes to any equipment and now when I try and set it back up I have a UH021 error
I have my Skyq box connected to a Denon AV Receiver (via the pink cable) and then a single high speed HDMI cable to the TV, the Denon acts as a smart switch and it powers my 5.1 speakers. I also have a Nvidia Shield and a DVD player connected in the same manner. I have a Samsung 8k TV which is more than capable of playing sky UHD content. The Shield and DVD play in UHD so I know the TV and the cable is correct. The only device that refuses to play UHD is the SkyQ box.
I have removed the HDMI from the SKYQ and power for a few hours with no effect, I have reset the TV back to factory settings again with no effect.
This is really frustrating as it literally worked one day and stopped the next
Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this ?

So I fixed this and I'm posting in the hope this helps someone else
Basically, when I go to Settings and try and change the resolution, it has always returned a blue screen. It tells me this is the new resolution and do I want to continue or cancel. This is very confusing as you would expect at this point to see TV in the background, the blue screen gives the impression that its failed. So naturally I click cancel.
I saw on another forum to click keep this setting, so I took a risk and Bingo I now have UHD back again
