Tv and sky Q not worked since storm last night and electrics in the house tripped Out everything reset but no lights on main sky Q box s obviously sky in multi rooms down and tv won't even switch on either ?   

Fuses and plugs all ok ? 

Can anyone help please ?

If the Sky box and TV won't turn on (assuming the sockets are definitely live) then it sounds like they've been damaged.

you may need to buy a new TV (or repair if economical) and contact Sky for a new Q box.  There may be a charge as you do not own the box.

You may be able to claim on house insurance.

Have you definitely checked that the sockets that you plug the tv & Sky  into are working by plugging something that you know works into them?
