No Sky Cinema HD (Apart from 1)

I subscribe to Sky Cinema but only receiving one HD channel (SKY greats) all the others say No Satellte Signal. I can search for the film and downlaod and watch in HD but cannot view live via the TV Guide. Sky help has added HD free to see if that was an issue, still the same, reboot etc, still nothing. Changed connections round, still the same. Anyone have this and find a solution?

Hi @chrisdunn Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Is it definitely Sky Greats you can receive and not Sky Megahits? 

Most Sky Cinema HD channels are broadcast on the same transponder, Sky Megahits is the only one on a different transponder. It would make sense if you were able to receive that but not the others.

Correction. It is skymegahits I can receive.

You'll need to book an engineer visit as that confirms your box isn't receiving the transponder that most of the Cinema channels are broadcast from.

Sorry I should have updated. Contacted Sky, engineer came. Idendified a fauly LNB. replaced and everything is working fine.
