Hi
My sky q box works fine - except it does not display any thumbnails for recordings, on demand, catch up etc. Apps strangley displays the thumbnail for Netflix but nothing else.
Any ideas?
For info I have my Sky Q box with a wired connection to an eero router, which is wired to the sky modem. I have gigabit broadband from sky.

Those are symptoms of not having an internet connection to the Sky Q box.

I dont think thats the problem. As the settings screen shows an internet connection, and I can still stream Netflix. Netflix help also shows a connection to each of its servers.

@Bertmus Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

@Laing1 Thanks. Yes I have tried this several times. Sometime a couple of the thumbnails reappear for a short while, but never a 'full recovery'
