UHD

Help! Unable to watch in UHD. Nothing has changed my end. Get this my message.

Sorted now thanks. I turned everything off at mains and restarted as advised. There must have been some kind of update somewhere as I never changed anything.  Anyway thanks for your support 🙏

Hi @Fidel+59   Have you tried a new high speed HDMI cable? Is the HDMI seated fully in the sockets? Has the channel that Sky Q is connected to set to Enhanced? Have you power rebooted everything, TV and Sky Q box?
