Hello,
Having problems with signal on most of our channels. Message on screen says, "Technical problem with signal"
Only channels 110 (Gold) 111 (Dave) and 150 (5Live) seem unaffected. Sometimes error message disappears and signal is patchy.
Signal check on box states - Strength 60, Quality 90.
Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

@Rafair7643 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ? ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Could indicate a slight misalignment of your Satellite dish @Rafair7643
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

Thanks for the advice.
Followed the steps without too much success. Got some channels back, however, Sky Sports and Cinema still unavailable.
Have booked an engineer visit.
