I have a technical fault come up on all channels. I have already re-booted but not worked this time.

But you can't get through on phone. It just sends you back to online help.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

You can. You just have to navigate the voice response system like a mouse in a maze 😉

For the past 2 months my sky q mini boxes have been taking it in turns to randomly not work - showing technical fault, the main sky q box is working perfectly
