I have rebooted the sky box and reset broadband still says technical fault on q box

~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds

Hi I have tried all the options
i have had 2 q boxes for more than 7 years and now has to replace
prompt service .Exceeded number of q boxes is a nuisance when connecting replacement
. this should be quicker and easier

I have had sky streaming for less than a month and noticed it goes to breaking up during adverts I have switched off a wall and rebooted it but it still keeps happening

This is the Q forum. There is a separate forum for Stream.
And this thread is about a specific error message that appears on-screen, not general picture breakup. You'll probably find some help on that in theStream section .
