This is happening too often for the amount we pay -  can't get that time back now - missed the match - fuming!

I actually tried calling Sky on this (when will I ever learn). When I finally got through, after 45 minutes, I was told it was an issue they were trying to fix, they didn't know what it was, and no, I couldn't have a call back to explain the issue and discuss compensation when it was fixed. It's a service that is fantastic when it does work but a complete shambles when it doesn't and it should be priced accordingly i.e. about half of what we all actually pay.

Can't watch sky sports + as every time I log in  I get the fault message Fault DUG Id2f11b0. So frustrating and missed football match I wanted to watch. Tried rebooting on numerous occasions. Just thinking why am I paying all this money for a service not to work.

We all pay a ridiculous amount of money every month for Sky sports packages and yet, when we find the time to actually watch a game, Sky cant even provide us the service we're paying them for.

Yeah mine the same. Thought I was in just before half time and then kicked out and back to good old DUG1. Sky need to pull their finger out as they are going to be having a lot of complaints
