Cannot watch Sky Sport +. Error DUG1

Same here - trying to watch ManU v Liverpool and keep getting code: DUG1. Then an id number (whcih keeps changing)

Sky Sports + is absolutely rediculous. Pay for Sky Sports just to watch the odd game that's shown, and when it's shown it doesn't work. Not good enough!

Same issue here DUG1 error, tried all resets nothing working. Watching via sky sports app on mobile. Not good enough Sky! FIX IT!

I have the same error. Watched first half but when I tried to open the app for the second half I got the same error message

Dear Sky,

none of the above "fixes" provided by aggravated community members are working. I can't access any of the games that are provided through sports+ or the red button and I absolutely refuse to stay out the rest of my contract.
