If you pay for TNT Sports via your Sky account, your contract is with Sky, not TNT! So you need to contact Sky with any problems. If you contact TNT and you say you are not their customer, how far are you going to get with any complaint?

It's not just a Sky problem though. I checked their 4K HDR coverage from the Discovery+ app and it looked exactly the same as it did on Sky Q. Either they aren't using native 4K HDR sources or they have some post processing or compression going on which makes it look like upscaled 720p/1080p.

It all hinges on how you pay for TNT Sports. If you pay via your Sky account I would suggest taking it up with Sky. There was a recent problem with a fluctuating sound level on TNT Sports 1, and a Sky employee did escalate it to TNT and the issue is now resolved.
