We had this problem in February but it stopped happening until early this month. Can someone from Sky explain what's causing this and resolve the issue

Ok all so just had a technician phone me and confirmed my box was running latest update..he then re-paired the viewing card!!! This appears to have fixed the issue. The option is within settings and whilst on the phone I initiated the pairing process!! Anyone else had this resolution!!!

doing a viewing card call back didn't work , still cut out and it is getting more , almost every 30 - 60s now

If I pause of a couple of seconds and play it is fine, go back to live and it's Audio cut out . This was the exact same thing in feb which was fix.

I emailed Sky (as I said I would) and last Saturday I got a phone call from one of their customer relations team. I explained the situation. I stressed it was not a hardware issue (bc of the number of complaints on here and bc I had had a Sky engineer visit in June to realign the dish after we had had some building work done and he had checked the whole system). He raised a complaint on my behalf and asked me to monitor the situation. One week on and I haven't watched anything on Sky Sports ME until today. After an hour of watching the cricket I have had no sound issues. However, being cautious given previous experience, I shall monitor for a few more days and include a variety of sporting events before I get back to Sky.
