Slow download speed

After checking my broadband speed download my super fast service is only producing about 27 m which is nowhere near what I should be receiving. My sky Q box has started buffering on YouTube so I'm not at all happy.

Try turning the router off at the wall for 10-15 minutes

I have turned off router as requested this has made no difference

@Jaxnewman59What speed are you supposed to be getting and how are you testing the speed/how far from the router is your sky box?  Is it connected over wifi or an ethernet cable?
