Sky viewing card stuck in

I need to remove my viewing card to exchange my sky q box but it is stuck! How do I remove it?

@Japooksie  Have you tried pushing the card forward gently?   It should click then allow you to slide it out.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have tried but it won't push in to click out for some reason 😞 it seems completely wedged and the dpd delivery is on his way. I can't seem to speak to anyone at Sky to work out what to do. Thanks for your help

@Japooksie best thing to do is call sky explain the situation and request a replacement viewing card
