I have Sky Q - I have TNT sport through BT and it is linked to my Sky account, however I can only use it on my main box and not my extension boxes. It used to work fine before I had SkyQ

@Keith1409 As your paying bt you need a second box subscription added to your bt account to access on minis

what did you have before Q? If you already have the second box subscription you will need to contact bt as this is an account issue
