Hi there
My Sky keeps saying I have no Internet connection and to go to settings and network connection status
It then suggests I press and hold the WPS button on the router but I just get the blue wheel of death on the screen and then it tells me it has failed....what is the solution?

I'd suggest fully rebooting both the router and the Sky Q main box.
Unplug both of them, same time, from the wall for at least 30 seconds.
Plug back in the router only, get it up and running, and run a speed test on your mobile. Now plug back in the Sky Q box, go to settings, and reset the network settings section. Then scan for your router, add in your password, and hopefully, you're back up and running.

Lost internet connection on Saturday evening, Sky Q is still working but none of the Apps are there. WiFi is working in the house, as all phones and computers are connected.
Have followed other people's posts about switching everything off and disconnecting, then plugging the router back in, then Sky Q. Have repeated this several times. To no avail. Have held in the WPS button, still saying unsuccessful connection. Choosing Sky Boradband Wifi, as both Router and Q are from Sky.
Now suggesting I may need to connect a Sky Q Booster.
I just want the Apps back on my TV.
Suggestions please.

If you have a Sky router do a reset by pressing the small button on the back of the router and then search for the network on your main Sky Q box. This normally works and is not the same as powering off the router and switching back on.

I'm having this same issue tried resetting both router and sky Q managed to connect via hotspot on my phone no problem then tried to connect to the router wps does nothing manually inputting password says it's wrong when I know it is right

I can confirm the idea of sitch the sky q box and the router off wait 30 sec turn router back on wait until all fired up then sky Q box re connect via wps hold it until it is finished I held it even while it said connecting then vioala connected

Been having the same issue for a week main sky q box and mini boxes loads for a while then drops out doing my head in

Same issue. Tried everything. No luck. Looks like the Sky Q box may be kaput. Every other device connects no problem.

I called sky. Got a new box coming. But sky engineer says this will not solve the issue. Cos I'm not using sky broadband they say it will keep cutting out. Funny cos it hasn't happened for the last 6 years

Thank you. Think I am going to have no choice but to call them. I suppose I will have to set 3-4 hours aside to go through all the usual nonesense that I have already tried once I get an answer after being on hold š¤¬

Fortunately my connection seems to have resolved itself. Had nearly 7 days in total of poor/lost connections. Nothing from sky but funnily enough a couple of my neighbours (also with sky) had similar problems.
Poor customer service from sky where you practically have to swim through concrete to get to speak to anyone with the knowledge/expertise to resolve.

We are having the same issue. Ever since we changed internet provider away from sky the sky q boxes keep disconnecting from the internet and as others have said every other device in the house is connected and working fine. Where can I find a phone number to actually talk to a human? Sky do not make it easy to phone them!
