Re: Missing picture

Yeah I've reset it twice via unplugging the socket. Crazy!

Re: Daily Sky Q issues

I've had the no signal issue for the best part of 2 years on my sky Q. Had engineers out twice (maybe 3 times), had a new box supplied and I reset the box every bloomin day and have been told to manually delete and confirm deletion of recordings (past 4% memory used and the problem gets worse).

im in communal flats and was told that's the problem, however the issues only been since I had SkyQ - normal sky was absolutely fine. Sick of having to reset every day and praying that recordings of shows actually happens.

Re: Missing picture

Was hoping to find the cause of tonight's problem. Both TVs blank screen. All the right LEDs on Q box and mini box. Unable to access anything on either telly. There's more life in my flipping microwave !!!

Not happy - can you guess ???

Re: Sky q box keeps crashing - requires full reboot

Same problem here, during Eurovision, no less.  Box stops sending video signal via HDMI, and won't respond to the remote or buttons on the box.  Have to pull the power and reboot.  Happened twice in an hour so far.

Noticed, after the second failure, I also could not get the MySky app to load on my phone (internet was working otherwise), and the sky.com website seemed to be having issues with me logging in.

Re: Sky q box keeps crashing - requires full reboot

i'm having the exact same issue. i've been watching netflix and after 30 minutes or so it crashes. full black screen and remote is unresponsive. Only way to get back into it is to take out the power wire.

Re: Sky q switches off

Same for us too, switched off and takes a while to get it back on then only for about 10 mins before it goes off again.

@Murphysky101

Try rebooting your box at the mains.

My Sky Q box just suddenly stopped working at approx 21.45. I don't think I'm alone in this. What's happening
