Having the same issues. Turned off at the socket & worked again for a while when turning back on but now gone again.

Looks like it's a Sky issue rather than an individual one with people experiencing the same problem.

Hopefully they'll solve it soon.

My same in donegal ireland keeps saying no signal and screen going blank on my sky q box

Watching tv on the sky q box this evening and it's crashed and cut out twice within half an hour of each time. 

it takes a full reboot of the system to get it to switch back on 

I've looked on sky.com for help int there is no topic that seems to match 

have had sky q for 8 or 9 years now (I think it's the same box from when it was first installed) 

do these boxes fail after some time?

We're getting this too.  If we restart the box it is ok for about 10 minutes

It's happened to me 3 times now, I rebooted and it stayed on for about 20 minutes and has now went off again... Starting to be irritating

I think so. Its what ive come on here for. The Sky Q box keeps turning itself off, can't do anything with it apart from turning off at the plug and turning back on again.

Hope it fixes soon it's frustrating.
