Sky Q keeps crashing

Same here everything you said. I'm in Teesside, not one button on remote will work unless I reboot, then off again in 15 minutes

Try phoning tomorrow giving up rebooting just turned it off it says everything working fine box good signal good clearly not just gets g

totally stuck can't even turn off last reboot just left it

Having exactly the same problem, software is now Q300.000.06.00L (5yzv4ns) and it freezes after 10 to 15 mins or while doing a software update.

No signal on TV, green LED is lit, Q logo is not lit, remote unresponsive, Sky Go app can't see box (on the same network) and it needs a power down to be able to watch another 15 mins of TV!

Something going on, glad it's not just my box!

Qbox has crashed multiple times tonight 

Crashes before I can get into the settings.

If it's a software issue then, oh boy, a massive reroll back is in coming for everyone

Same issue for me this evening, restarted it 3 times. Did factory reset for last time (retaining recordings options)
