Sky q switches off

I can't even log in to check service or report problem. My box has "crashed" 4 times in 2 hours. Frustrated does not even begin to cover it

3 Times picture gone off green light stays on. Have to switch off at mains then wait while it reboots.  Comes back on all working fine then 15mins later picture off again. Anyone managed to contact Sky?

I have disconected the box sevbera; times |& switching back on but after 10 mins or so keeps awitching off to no signal

My sky Q box keeps turning itself off...just started last day or so.

not overheating 

no auto switch offs turned on

goes of around every 10-20 mins....

any ideas as to why this is happening.

Hi mine also doing this and mini box upstairs not working works for about 15 mins then downstairs cuts out but light stays on.  You need to switch box of leave then it reboots but goes off again after 15 mins

Can't be a Cyber Attack due to Sky main page is still up and this forum is still up 

I go for dodgy Software update that has errors and Sky engineers need to roll it back.

We've switched it off and playing Spotify on smart TV, who knew my wife no longer works at Woolies 🤣

I live in south wales and omg sky is doing my head in tonight keeps going off

All useless. If I power everything off, eventually I get sky again but after 20-30 minutes "no video signal" appears and the route does nothing.

Same here. Sky Q box freezes and unable to turn on or off with remote. I tried unplugging at the wall. It comes on for 20

Mine in Blaina wales every 20:minutes or so, and know reply on the community from sky funny that???

I have had the same sky q box for quiet a few years, it's always been on the same place and never had any over heating problems until now. Just this evening it has over heated numerous times and lost signal and stopped working. After several times of unplugging and leaving to cool down iv now given up and think I may need a new one.
