Hi My Sky Q box has just started switching its self off about 2 hours ago, I have unplugged it and restarted the box 3 times now, after about 10 mins it switches off again I am aso unable to sign into sky.com, I can open the page but it wont let me sign in.

Down in South Wales, mine has done it 5 times the past hour.

Mine went off about 2145, unplugged and reset came on for about 15 mins, then had to do it again. After  3rd time gave up and will see what has happened over night, bit annoying as the golf was getting good.

Throughout this evening, Sky Sports has been crashing every 10 minutes or so. Each time I reboot and it just happens all over again. Very annoying!

It keeps going off even after powering down and restarting . This is a bigger issue that Sky shouls be putting out information on

I came here to find out what the latest version is because my box has frozren and died 4 times tonight and google says to update software to fix it, now it looks like its the software update that broke it. Great 😞
