Sky q switches off

For now I'm gonna watch Netflix through the TV app, to prevent any further force shutdowns xD

Hi, My sky q box keeps switching itself off every 30 minutes whilst watching it. The screen goes blank with no warning. Green power light remains on but box is unresponsive and tv says source is powered off. Only way to get it going again is switch off at the socket. Once restarted I get about 30 minutes before it does it again.

Same thing happening in Manchester. Watching something, screen goes black and box not responding to anything.

Same here in Norfolk.  It's disappearing every 15-20 minutes.
