Sky Q box tonight keeps saying no signal on the TV, thought the sky q box is on

Obviously an issue somewhere as it's not a coincidence it's happening to all of us. Anyone know how to contact Sky or get compensation. Broadband also misbehaving

First time I needed to look up and issute and it lead me here. Q box failed, repeatedly this evening like everyone else in here. Hopefully only a brief malfuction.

4 times in the last hour my box has just frozen while watching a recording

Ice only been able to get it going again by unplugging the power cable from the box and then restarting it all

I am in Scotland and ours is doing the exact same. Remote stopped responding and then screen went blank. Have done all resets twice now. Obviously some issue as can't get on to my sky app either. Hopefully be sorted soon.

For some weeks my sky box will loose signal. I would restart the Q box and everything is ok. Continued to do this everyday. Then it stoped and we thought everything was ok. Until today. Happened again today. Restarted and was ok. But this evening the Q box shut down 4 times every 20 mins. Turned it of in the end. It would only restart if I removed the power cable at the back of the Q box. As I said it only lasted 20 mins and then it shut down and I would have to repeat this process. Did notice when I removed the cable the box was extremely hot. 
any advise please.

Sky q box turning off after every 20 mins and needs power recycling to get picture back.  Has been happening last hour or so.

Same here. Three times has switched off in past hour and a half. Only way to get box back on is by unplugging and reconnecting. Obviously a massive issue with something........

Me too, I've tried resetting 3 times. Watching tv through the tv apps
