Im having the same issue. Box has gone off 3 times tonight. Have had to pull the plug to get it back on. Software version is Q300.000.06.00L. Hoping this is a software issue they can fix. Something not right if this many people are affected.

Mine has also done this tonight. First just after 10pm and the second about half an hour later. Have to completely reboot the box to get it back on

Been happening to mine too tonight. 3 times it's just switched itself off. Rebooted box twice but gave up after 3rd time. Happened just after 09.30.

Seems to be major issue, and I don't have Sky broadband connected (EE) so really odd it just seems to give up!
