Sky 1 crashing

Watching a recorded programme main sky q box lost connection to TV (no signal to TV) freezes with spinning blue light and won't switch back on or off.

Reset power and works again for few minutes and then cycle begins again. 
Give up - switch on and off seems ok...

Watching TV on mini sky box and again sky q box not on network.

Happened to me 3 times in the past hour as well so seems to be a generic issue with the boxes!

Same here, 3 times now just shut down and have to do a retart to get it working again........till it shuts down again

And it's just gone for the 3rd time whilst trying to watch an episode - off to bed then!

Same here. Happened twice tonight within about 30 mins o each other and a complete switch off each time. Box sky Q light remains circling (was watching prime) and wouldn't turn off.

I've reset my box again and both are working.

Mine has done the same tonight while watching a recorded program - 4 times in an hour

Yeah, same issue. Lots of people in my local area are getting the same. I took out the wires to the Q Box and it worked for 10mins then it's done the same again. Box still has a green light and won't turn off.

Oh wow I didn't expect so many to have same issue 

I gave up trying to watch and came to bed 

what with all the cyber attacks going on at the moment I wonder if this is something similar

Im having similr issues tonight 3 times my 2 sky Q box have crashed and had to reboot. Must be a problem from sky end not ours??
