Same here, have now hard reset 3 times in 45 mins and it's just gone off again! Ridiculous this.

Mine has been the same tonight. Twice in the space of 30 minutes. I have to turn everything off at the plug then turn it all back on again. I couldn't get on the app for a while either to find out if there were any problems. Not sure if it makes a difference but I've had my Sky Q box for quite a while so not sure if the problem is with that. It's just happened again now. I've checked my Internet connection and there's no problems with that so I don't know what's happening. Think I'll have to call Sky in the morning.

The problem seems to be all across the UK, I have the issue in London and people I know in Glasgow are having the same problems as well. 

 

I hope it sorts itself out as it is pretty annoying!

That's my TV done it again, it's wrecked all my recordings too, I'm tired of switching it off and on again, it lasted a whole 8 minutes this time. It seems like it's all over the UK, I'm in edinburgh

Mine has started switching off and then becoming totally unresponsive.

Rebooted 1st time and lasted 10 mins, rebooted again and lasted 20 mins, app came back up but now both are back down again. I give up for tonight but will be making a complaint in the morning 😤

Interestingly, the MySKY app is also 'undergoing maintenance'.  A bit of a coincidence!!!!!!!

Cyber attack !! Wouldn't surprise me !

I love the way that the Sky service checker says that there's nothing wrong, but DownDetector has reported about 80,000 Sky TV issues in the last hour !
